STYLISH NEW NISSAN MICRA DRIVES INTO Arbroath
Mackie Motors Nissan in Arbroath is welcoming two special new Micras to the dealership, complementing an already sparkling line up.
Named Kuro and Shiro, meaning black and white respectively in Japanese, the new models are based on the mid grade Acenta specification but feature a number of charms usually reserved for the top-of-the-range models. Both are now available to order from the Montrose Road dealership.
The Kuro is painted in Sapphire Black, a brand new metallic colour, and Shiro is available with a choice of two white shades – Pearl or Alabaster.
Both Kuro and Shiro also feature an ivory-effect dashboard and lighter seat trim to add a touch of glamour inside.
Extra equipment includes a parking sensor with parking space measurement, heated front seats and climate control. Also, for a limited time period Mackie Motors is offering the option of ‘Connect’, normally an additional £400, as a free upgrade (retail customers only). Nissan Connect is an integrated satellite navigation system which also incorporates Bluetooth Phone Detection, including display, as well as I-Pod and MP3 connectivity.
Both Micra engines and transmissions are available in the new models; the 1.2-litre normally-aspirated and new supercharged DIG-S powerplants with manual or CVT automatic transmissions. Prices start at £11,550 for a 1.2 litre manual. Orders are now being taken at the dealership.
Kevin Mackie, Managing Director at Mackie Motors Nissan, says: “Following the success of the Micra DIG-S, it is great that the exclusive Kuro and Shiro are now included in the Micra range. The two special models are a great addition to the Nissan Micra family. We look forward to welcoming customers to the dealership to see the models for themselves.”
