This morning, on my way to work, my car had a puncture and I had to stop on a busy road. I was very worried and unsure of what to do. A car drew up and stopped and your employee, Colin, came over to offer me his help. He explained that he had recognised the Mackie Motors sticker on my back window and that he worked for Mackie Motors and was happy to help a customer. He went on to change my wheel for me and I was able to get to work very quickly and without any inconvenience. I am extremely grateful to Colin and wanted to mention this kindness to you so that you can thank him again on my behalf. As I said to Colin at the time - this is customer after-sales-service above and beyond normal expectations.
