About The Penguins
Mackie Motors are proud to be sponsoring one of the 80 giant, hand painted Maggie's Penguins dotted all over Tayside this summer. There are Maggie’s Penguins in Brechin, Dundee, Perth, St Andrews and Kirriemuir.
The Mackie Motors sponsored Penguin, titled "What lies beneath”, Nr. 11. on the Trail Map was painted by Dundee artist Rikki O’Neill. You can find it down at the historic Brechin Cathedral, 6 Church Street, Brechin DD9 6EU.
“We hope the trail will help increase awareness and appreciation of the magnificent work that the Dundee Maggie’s Centre do and raise important funds to keep the centre running”, explained Mackie Motors Managing Director Kevin Mackie. “It’s a fantastic way to get your step count up, enjoy the awesome sunshine and entertain yourself and the kids for hours during the summer”.
