We are ready to re-open our showroom doors on Monday 5th April
The safety of our staff and customers is paramount, they are at the heart of our business. To ensure we adhere to strict government guidelines we are taking the necessary precautions to make sure you are in a safe environment.
Preparing the Showrooms
We have confirmation that we are in a position to open our showroom doors on Monday 5th April alongside our already functioning service departments.
To keep in line with social distancing guidelines both branches have been marked out with arrows and floor markers to help customers keep a safe two metres apart. Desk screens have been positioned at customer service desks. Hand sanitiser, anti bacterial wipes, gloves and masks are available at stations throughout both branches.

From Monday 5th April we will also be able to offer unaccompanied test drives. This can be arranged at one of our dealerships or we can deliver the vehicle to your home if you are unable to visit us. This is provided that your address falls within the postcode area of the dealership supplying the vehicle.
Preparing the Vehicles
All vehicles coming in and out the business will be sanitised by our team. This will include all courtesy cars being handed out to customers, all vehicles coming in to the workshop and all customers vehicles prior to being returned to keep you and our staff safe.
Preparing the Staff
With a number of new processes in place, staff have all been trained and understand the importance of adhering to them. Staff have been given appropriate PPE and are following guidelines to ensure the safety of themselves and the customers. We are continuing to monitor new technology and methods to ensure an efficient but simplistic approach to the new normal.
We are still offering the following services:
Customers can request video appointments through your preferred method (i.e. Zoom, WhatsApp, Facetime). Our sales team will be ready to answer any questions you have from the comfort of your own home. You can request video walk rounds of the vehicles you are interested in, send us a video of your part exchange, reserve the vehicle for £99 and complete your finance all online.
Dealership Test Drives
Booking a test drive is essential. This will ensure the vehicle has been sanitised prior to your appointment. Gloves and masks will be provided and must be worn throughout the test drive.
Vehicles will be sanitised prior to delivering to your home. Delivery driver will wear appropriate PPE, gloves and masks. Video handovers will be provided to the customer prior to delivering.
Vehicles will be sanitised prior to your arrival at the dealership. Sales person will wear appropriate PPE, gloves and masks. Video handovers will be provided to the customer prior to handover appointment.
Service and Repair Collection and Delivery
Vehicles will be sanitised prior to delivering to your home. Delivery driver will wear appropriate PPE, gloves and masks. Gloves and masks will be made available when using courtesy cars.
